| What items can be returned? We guarantee our products to be high quality, properly shipped, and to perform as advertised. If your product is damaged in shipping please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all contents and packaging in case a return is necessary. If your product fails to perform as advertised, please notify us within 30 days of receipt to receive a replacement product or store credit equal to purchase price of the defective product. Store credits can be applied to a future purchase made within one year of your original purchase. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to offer a refund. Used item such as kegs, cannot be returned. They are sold “as is”. All yeast cannot be returned. VetterBrew HomeBrew Supply does our best to check for out-of-date yeast, but the customer is ultimately responsible for checking the expiration date of yeast before purchasing. |
| Typographical/Shipping Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, shipping error, image error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, VetterBrew HomeBrew Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. VetterBrew HomeBrew Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, VetterBrew HomeBrew Supply shall issue a credit to customer’s credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
| Restocking Fee In the event a customer returns a product valued at over $100 and we issue a refund, we will charge a 10% restocking fee. Product must be returned as unused and in the original packaging. |
